Q: What is Spackle & how do I use it?
A: Spackle is an oil free, silicone based makeup primer. Designed to smooth your skin, it creates a perfect canvas for foundation, or powders. Apply your moisturizer, then Spackle, then foundation or powder. It is also available in a tinted formula that is perfect for adding a little sun kissed glow to your complexion. Looking for the perfect moisturizing companion? Try Moisture Compound SPF 30.

Q: How do I use Lip & Eye Spackle?
A: Lip Spackle is applied to lips before lipstick or gloss for a longer, smoother wear. Eye Spackle is applied to eyelids to lengthen the life of your shadow and keep colors true. It can also be used alone to give a brightened effect to the eyes for a quick and easy beauty boost.

Q: What makes Bronze & Brighten and Balance & Brighten different?
A: Both Bronze & Brighten and Balance & Brighten start as liquid and are baked in a terracotta pan for 24 hours to create a solid, unique compact. Both products have multiple pigments swirled throughout to deliver specific results. Balance & Brighten has corrective pigments to even out skin tone, reduce ruddiness and brighten sallow skin. Bronze & Brighten will give you a sun kissed look without that orange tone. With no powdery mess or heavy feeling, they can be used alone or together for a customized look.

Product Usage
Q: How do I activate the new pump products, i.e.: Spackle, Moisture Compound, and Phenomenal Foundation?
A: The pump container is a new technology, which pumps the product from the top. To activate it you need to turn the product upside down and tap it several times. This helps to rid it of the air pockets. There is no "straw" in the tube so don't be alarmed. Please store these products upside down to ensure pump effectiveness.

Q: I bought a set on QVC and I like one product the most, can I reorder my favorite by itself?
A: If you can’t find the product you are looking for online please call the Studio at 212-570-54

Q: Since Vanilla Foundation Stick has been discontinued, can you recommend a replacement?
A: We would recommend Creme to Powder Foundation in Bisque. We also have some new Foundation Stick shades available in our New York City Studio that are very close in shade. Please call the studio to speak with one of our makeup artists and to order at 212-570-5477.

Q: Are all of Laura's products available on her website?
A: Not all of her products are offered on her website. If you can't locate the product you would like please call the studio at 212-570-5477.

Product Testing and Ingredients
Q: Are your products hypoallergenic & do you test on animals?
A: All of our products are hypoallergenic, as well as aesthetician tested and non-comedogenic. Laura Geller Makeup is not tested on animals. Our company is cruelty free.

Q: Are your Baked products oil-free?
A: Our Baked products, i.e. Bronze & Brighten, Balance & Brighten, etc. are not oil-free.

Q: Where can I find more information on the ingredients in Laura Geller products?
A: Product ingredients are listed on every product page. To view a product's ingredients list, just click on the "Ingredients" link to view them in a pop-up window.

Online and Phone Order Shipping and Returns
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item you receive, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund the original purchase price and sales tax – less shipping – no questions asked – to a maximum of 30 days.

In the unlikely event we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item(s), we will gladly accept the item(s) and credit your original purchase price, sales tax and original shipping cost – and remedy the situation with the information you provide us with on the return form.

Q: Do we ship our product outside of the United States?
A: We are happy to ship internationally, however international orders are taken by phone only. Please call 212-570–5477 or 1-800-MAKEUP4 to place your order. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Eastern Time.

Q: If I request special shipping, i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select on Friday, does Saturday count as a shipping day?
A: Laura Geller web and phone orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm EST. If you place an order after 4pm, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the next business day. If there are any changes to order processing due to holidays, you will see a notice on the shipping information page during checkout.

Due to the tremendous response to our one day sale, please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders to be processed.

Q: Do you offer product samples?
A: We offer a complimentary sample with each order. Selection may vary based on availability and offer is valid while supplies last.
