| Q. | What makes Bronze & Brighten and Balance & Brighten different? |
| A. | Both Bronze & Brighten and Balance & Brighten start as liquid and are baked in a terracotta pan for 24 hours to create a solid, unique compact. Both products have multi colors swirled throughout to deliver specific results. Balance & Brighten has corrective colors to even out skin tone, reduce ruddiness and brighten sallow skin. Bronze & Brighten will give you a sun kissed look with out that orange tone. Without a powdery mess or heavy feeling, they can be used alone or together for a customized look. |
| Q. | How do I use Lip & Eye Spackle? |
| A. | Lip Spackle is applied to lips before lipstick or gloss for a longer, smoother wear. Eye spackle is applied to eye lids to lengthen the life of your shadow and keep colors true. |

| A. | If you are not pleased with your purchase, please return the item(s) and we will gladly credit your card for the full amount of the purchase. We apologize, but we are unable to refund shipping fees. For your protection and to expedite prompt delivery, we highly recommend that you send your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. If your shipment arrived damaged by UPS, please re-package your damaged merchandise in the original box/envelope and notify us immediately at 1-800-MAKEUP4. Our UPS carrier will pick up the shipment and we will replace your damaged purchase(s) promptly. |

| A. | All of our products are hypo-allergenic, as well as aesthetician tested and non-comedegenic. Laura Geller Makeup is not tested on animals. Our company is cruelty free. |
| Q. | Since Vanilla Foundation Stick has been discontinued, what do you recommend as a replacement? |
| A. | Bisque Creme to Powder Foundation |
| Q. | Are our Baked products oil-free? |
| A. | Our Baked products, i.e. Bronze & Brighten, Balance & Brighten, etc. are not oil-free. |
