How to Apply
Starting with The Ultimate Palette, use the Universal Eyeshadow Brush to apply shadows for your base, lid and inner/outer corner. You can also use it to apply your shimmer topper as a finishing touch. Use the Large Blending Brush to blend shadows together for a perfect finish. For extra definition, blend deeper shades into your crease using the Crease Brush. Last, use the Precision Liner Brush to line eyes along the upper and lower lashlines, as desired.
